APPLICATION FORM AND FEES
To apply to enrol your child at John Wollaston Anglican Community School, please download and complete the Application for Admission Form. The completed form and supporting documentation can be returned to the Registrar, Ann Brightmore at firstname.lastname@example.org.
OFFER OF A PLACE
Upon being offered a place for your child at the School, you will be given a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment Acceptance Form. This form is not required when making your initial Application for Admission.
At John Wollaston we are committed to making bright futures more affordable for all current and future families. School Council is pleased to announce that there will be no increase to Tuition Fees in 2021. Please open the attached to view the letter sent to John Wollaston families on 14 October 2020.

REFERRAL CREDIT POLICY
At John Wollaston we are fortunate that new enrolments often originate from “word of mouth” referrals from current families. To show our appreciation, the School has implemented a Referral Credit Policy which, subject to conditions, financially benefits the referring and new family through a further tuition fee reduction.
