Hospitality Students Learn from Industry Chef
Our Years 11 and 12 Hospitality students, along with Year 12 Cookery students, recently enjoyed a special incursion with an international chef, Kiren Mainwaring, from the Hospitality Group Training Chef Ambassador Program.
The HGT Chef Ambassador Program is designed to share industry knowledge with students who may be considering a future in hospitality. During the session, Kiren demonstrated the preparation of a dish while explaining the techniques and processes involved, giving students valuable insight into professional kitchen practice.
